Shipping policy

All items will be shipped in a timely manner.  You will automatically receive an email (or text message) with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled.  Please remember to completely fill out each section in the checkout process.  This helps us to create an accurate shipping label so that you can receive your order.  If your order is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you and try to resolve any shipping issues.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS, DeutschePost, DHL, or USPS.  Rates are calculated through the UPS, DeutschePost, DHL, and USPS calculators.  

Order Processing

We take great pride in providing high quality products to you, our beloved customer.  All of our products are made to order.  Therefore, orders can take up to 2 weeks to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.  We truly value you as a customer and ask for your patience as we process your order.

Tracking an Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
